Passed away Monday, March 28, 2016, age 75 years. Son of the late Eleanor(Nee Swatek) and William Toczek. Dear brother of Jim(Marureen) Toczek. Uncle of Jeff(Diane) and Gregory(Pam) Toczek. Grand uncle of Rebecca, Courtney, and Jenna. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Friday at St. Paul’s Church, 1720 E. Norwich Ave, from 10-11AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.

Thomas was a retiree of GE Medical and proud to have served in the US Army as an MP. Memorials to St. Paul’s Catholic Church Appreciated.
