(nee Long) March 3, 2015, at the age of 92 years. Loving wife of the late Roger, of 50 years. Dear mom of Laura (Marc) Leigeb and Robert (Nancy) Wagler. Beloved grandmother of Paula and Nicholas Leigeb, and Elizabeth and Adam (Audora) Wagler. Great-grandmother of Noah, Veronica, Coletta and Stella Wagler. Preceded in death by sisters May (the late Paul), Louella (the late Jack) and brother Howard (June). Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and neighbors.
A visitation will be held Saturday from 11 – 1 PM at the FUNERAL HOME. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 PM. Private entombment Forest Home Cemetery. Nita was a skilled seamstress. She sewed wedding dresses for many brides, suits for Roger, and the best grandkid’s clothes you could imagine. She also did beautiful needlepoint. An exceptional homemaker and cook, Nita will be dearly missed by her family. Memorials to the charity of your choice in Nita’s name appreciated.
