Grandfather of Derek Kistner, Rheanna Martinez and Deja Schneider. Great grandfather of one. Stepfather of Rick (Ellen) Smith, Connie (John) Borley, the late John Smith, Michelle (Jim) Orlovsky and Mark (Cris) Smith. Step grand father of 14. Brother-in-law of Nettie Schneider. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
Committal Prayers and Military Honors will take place Tuesday, July 9, at 11:00 AM at SOUTHERN WISCONSIN VETERANS MEMORIAL CEMETERY, 21731 Spring St. Union Grove.
Vaughn was a WW2 veteran having served in the U.S. Air Force, a retired City of Milwaukee Police Sergeant and a member of Police Post #415, a past member of Tripoli Shrine and a current member of Wisconsin Masonic Lodge of Shawano, and a district supervisor for 6 years of Oconto Electric. He was past president of Christ Lutheran Church in Underhill, WI.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Police Post #415 appreciated.
