Grandfather of Christopher and Brandon Farnsworth, Michele Broughs, James Susie and Ronald Sarah Cook. Also survived by 5 Great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home, Tuesday, 4-7 PM with Funeral Service at 7 PM. Entombment Wednesday, 10 AM at Forest Home Cemetery 2405 W. Forest Home Ave. Please meet at the Cemetery on Wednesday.
