Born to eternal life on February 23, 2004 age 74. Brother of Maria Feliciano Garcia, Candelario, Genaro and Cruz Virginia Salazar. Uncle of Jessica Javier Zuniga-Garcia and John Zuniga. Great-uncle of Maria, Santos and Felicia.
Visitation Friday 4-6 pm at the funeral home with funeral services at 6 pm. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Victor was an employee of the United Community Center and was loved by everyone. Special thanks to everyone at the United Community Center, Dr. Daniel Nordin, Dr. Thomas Fenske, Dr. Theodore Gronski, VNA and St. Luke?s Medical Center for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family appreciated.
