Died May 12, 2008, age 86. Loving husband of June M. Dolensek nee Puls since November 5, 1955. Dear brother-in-law of Earl Ann Puls. Also survived by 3 nieces, 1 nephew, and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, 11 AM, at OUR LADY OF LOURDES CHURCH, S. 58th W. Forest Home Ave. A visitation will take place on Friday at the church from 10 AM until the time of Mass. Entombment at Mr. Olivet Cemetery. Memorials are appreciated to Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
