Loving wife, mother and grandmother returned to the Lord on February 5, 2013, at age 90 years. Born in Milwaukee, WI to Jacob and Veronica Staniszewski. Preceded in death by her loving spouse, Anthony E. Krukowski. Mother of Michael (Lisa Mosier), David, William H., Gloria, and Carol (Jeff) Rayle, and the late Paul and Thomas. She was Busia to her 7 grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was a World War II and Korean War veteran, serving as a nurse in the Army and the Navy. She continued her nursing at Zablocki VA Medical Center, and then at St. Mary’s and Mt. Sinai. She also volunteered in community programs, providing assistance to Hmong immigrants and teaching reading.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday April 13th at 11:00AM at St. Augustine of Hippo, 2530 S. Howell Ave.,Milwaukee, with visitation preceding at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family, appreciated.
