Age 57 of Racine passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 12, 2007. Beloved husband of Linda Windaunee Hill of 36 years. Loving father of MatthewNicole Windau of Sun Prairie and Michael Windau of Racine. Proud Grandfather of newly born Blake Allen Windau. Loved son of Frederick and Glorianee Haug Windau of Greendale & son-in-law of Robert J. Hill of West Allis and the late Edith Hillnee Krukowski. Brother of WarrenMary, GaryLaura, and BruceVickie Windau. Brother-in-law of JerryDeb and TerryDiane Hill. Further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation Sunday, July 15 from 2-5 PM at the funeral home, followed by a service at 5 PM. Wayne worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 20 years. He is a Vietnam veteran who served in the U.S. Army. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Blake?s name for college fund, per Wayne?s wishes.
