Retired Lieutenant Colonel – US Army, Passed away Sunday, January 27, 2013 age 74 years. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Gretchen (nee Kolar). Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Porter). Loving father of Chris (Jennifer), Danielle (Terry Carden) McGraw, Justin (Donna) Chamberlain. Step-father of Raymond S. , Joseph D. (Kathy), Michael A. (Sandy), Jessie J. (Lida) and Gary R. (LeAnn) LaValle. Proud grandfather of Ian, Sydney, Anne Marie, Shannon, Allison, Emily, Abbie and Kolar. Further survived by step-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Visitation Friday, February 1 from 10-10:45 AM at ST. MARY CATHOLIC FAITH COMMUNITY, 9520 W. Forest Home Avenue with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Entombment and Military Honors to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
