Szemborski, Wendy C.
Passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at the age of 39 years old. Loving daughter of Desiree (Peter) Kossow and the late Duane Szemborski. Dear sister of Vicky (Tim) Wilson. Tete to Caleb and Adara. Adored granddaughter of Jeff (the late Diana) Searing. Further survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
A visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 7th, 2019 at THE RIDGE COMMUNITY CHURCH, Oak Creek Campus – 6912 S. 27th Street, from 4 P.M. until the time of memorial service at 7 P.M.
One of Wendy’s first qualities that everyone noticed and loved was her infectious laugh and stunning smile! She loved to laugh, and laugh with her whole self. Everyone near her would be laughing right along with her in moments.
She loved so deeply. She had such a way of making every gift, every celebration special. She was so creative with her demonstration of love. She could come up with a gift idea and make it so personal and special because of the deep love she had for those around her. If she knew you, she loved you….and if you knew her, you loved her.
It’s hard to describe how beautiful, fun loving, creative, adventurous and multi-faceted she was. You had to meet her to experience the complex wonderfulness of Wendy. Knowing her and loving her was an adventure.
Our lives are now less adventurous, less full, less without her.
If so desired memorials to the family are appreciated.

Dear Desiree and Family –
I am so very sorry for your loss of Wendy – please accept my sincere sympathy. Losing a loved one (spouse, parent, grandparent) is always sad and difficult – but losing a child is so much more. I will keep you in my prayers. Love.
