Tues. Sept. 27, 2011 age 91 yrs. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Adeline nee Schell. Dear father of Randy Pat Gess, Jane Gary Bishop of Illinois and Donna Richard Thompson of Wales, UK. Grandfather of Danny and Bridget Carlin and Rick Thompson. Brother of the late Carol Heller. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Fri. Sept. 30, from 9:30 am until the time of Mass 11am at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CHURCH, 3222 So. 29th St. Entombment St. Adalbert?s.
Special thanks to the compassionate and dedicated team at Hickory Park Assisted Living. Willie was a veteran of the US Army serving during WWII where he received the Purple Heart. He retired from Schiltz Brewery after 35 years.
