Schultz, William A. Age. 64
of Jasper Arkansas formerly of Caledonia, passed away in Springfield, MO on Monday May 7, 2001.
He was born in Racine , WI on February 3, 1937 to Kenneth Schultz and Mildred nee Lipovsky Schultz. Bill resided in Wisconsin until retiring from J. I. Case in the mid 1990’s, at which time he moved to Arkansas where he built his retirement ”Dream Home”. On August 28, 1971 in Racine he was united in marriage to Joyce Mae Davitz.
Bill was a Machine operator at J.I. Case Tractor retiring in the mid 1990’s, He previously worked at AMC, Webster Electric, and on the family farm on Hwy. V. He enjoyed collecting old trucks and tractors as well as farm toys.
Surviving are his wife Joyce Mae Schultz. Daughter, Dawn Ann Schultz of Racine, Sons, Daniel William Schultz of Jasper, Arkansas and Karl Lee Lori Schultz of Racine. Grandchildren are Kenneth, Kristin and Steven; Sister Helen Jim Lloyd of Racine; Father in law & Mother in law Harold & Edna Davitz. Bill is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church, 10302 South 27th Street on Saturday May 12, 2001. Rev. Dale Reckzin officiating. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park in Racine, WI . Visitation will be Friday May 11 at the funeral home from 5-8 PM and Saturday May 12 at St. Johns Ev. Lutheran Church from 9:30 until the time of service 10:00 AM.
