Visitation will be held Thursday January 28, 2021 at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME 4800 South 84th Street from 2pm to time of memorial service with Military Honors at 4pm.
Loved uncle and friend William “Bill” G. Bauer, found peace at age 78 on Thursday January 21st 2021, after a brief illness. Pfc William Bauer served honorably in combat with the 1st Infantry Division from 1964 to 1966. After serving his country, Bill worked for many years as an ophthalmic laboratory technician. Bill was also a lifelong enthusiastic hobbyist, passionate collector, an avid fisherman and billiard player. For many years Bill owned his own business, Bauer’s Clocks and Watch Repair. Preceded in death by mother Louise, father George, brother Richard, and sister Delores. Survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation to be held on Thursday, January 28th, 2021 at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME 4800 So. 84th Street from 2pm until the time of Military Honors at 4pm. Following COVID rules, “masks are required.” Final resting place will be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI.
