“Mouse” a resident of the Tomah VA Home, William passed away May 29, 2009 after a lifelong battle of fighting illness for 45 years at the age of 66 yrs. Beloved brother of Timothy Kathy Kinney. Dear uncle of Shawn Kinney and Amber Cody Bennett. Further survived by other relatives and friends. William honorably served in the US Army. He enjoyed fishing, Elvis, coffee and a good cigar. A special ‘thanks’ to the staff at the Tomah VA Center for their wonderful care given to William. Private services were held.
