of Milwaukee, died peacefully at Ruth Hospice on Monday, Nov. 20, 2006, age 88 years. Beloved husband of HarrietNee Schwartz for 56 years. Dear father of Leonard Karen Kilchenmann, Barbara GaryTroy and Mary. Dear grandfather of BenjaminKimmi Troy, JenniferJeremySchultz, Amy, Jonathan, Megan, and Jillian. Great grandfather of Braedon and Jacob.
Funeral service Saturday, Nov. 25 at 11:30 AM at ST. JOHN’S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4001 S. 68th St. Interment St. John’s Cemetery. Visitation saturday at the church from 10:30 AM until the time of service11:30 AM.
Bill was born in Friesland, Wisconsin and graduated as the valedictorian from Randolph High School. He was a World War 2 Veteran and served in both the Marine Corps as well as the Army Air Corps where he achieved the rank of Captain. After leaving the service he graduated from the University of Wisconsin and spent his entire working career as an employee of the City of Milwaukee in various management positions.
We rejoice in the fact that Bill is now with our Lord in heaven. If desired, memorials may be given to Wisconsin Lutheran High School- Share the Mission or St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church.
